We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser and skilled project manager to lead this high performing team in their support of Engagement volunteers. You will use voice of the customer insight to help guide and shape the ways in which we support volunteers and staff. You will welcome and manage feedback from all our customers and use it to shape delivery. A sector expert, you will advise on and ensure compliance with fundraising legislation. Experienced in financial and resource planning, you will balance your budget to always provide the optimum support in the right place at the right time.
