MAN Commercial Protection are looking for Retail Security Officers located in Peacehaven.
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
Shift timings: 08:00-20:00.
Payrate:15ph
Main responsibilities:
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
* Deal with customer queries and provide assistance as needed.
* Maintain a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
* Respond to fire alarms and incidents on site, following the appropriate procedures.
* Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is desirable.

The ideal candidate must have:
* You must be able to work on your own initiative.
* Full 5-year checkable work/education history
* You MUST hold a valid SIA DS Licence
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations calmly.
