* Participate in all elements of exterior design and lead all development of concept ideas, renderings, tracking of digital models and clay models.
* Communicate cross‑cultually and interpret design requirements, completing design plans accordingly.
* Cooperate and guide digital and physical model design.
* Use display software to complete analysis of product modelling reports, concept ideas, rendering expressions, etc.
* Have automotive design experience with a strong hand‑drawing foundation and rendering ability, able to quickly capture creative ideas. Provide photo‑realistic images of your design work.
* Over 8 years of experience in automotive styling, with a strong focus on conceptual and exterior design. Demonstrated senior‑level history in the automotive industry, ideally within OEM environments.
* Contributed to five or more mass‑production exterior styling design projects, with additional experience in luxury brand exterior and interior creative design.
* Skilled in exterior surface design, solid understanding of engineering constraints and ability to balance aesthetics with technical feasibility.
* Master’s degree in Automotive Design or related field.
* Proficiency with industry‑standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias Studio Tools, VRed, Adobe Creative Suite, Showcase, and AI tools.
* Excellent sketching, rendering, and presentation skills with a visionary and forward‑thinking approach.
* Strong communication skills, learning agility, collaborative mindset, diplomatic and resilient teamwork.
* Passionate about staying current with design trends
