6. Ensure all activity is commercially sound and performance-driven.
7. Lead UK organic social delivery and content execution.
8. Coordinate agencies and internal teams effectively.
9. Track performance and optimise using clear reporting.
10. Find and share strong brand stories to boost visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social & Partnerships Lead should have:
11. Strong understanding of social, influencer and partnerships in campaigns
12. Experience working across both central and local market teams
13. Confident managing agencies and external partners
14. Commercially aware, with a focus on performance and outcomes
15. Able to influence stakeholders in a complex organisation
16. Strong judgement on content, brand voice and storytelling
17. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
