You can change your cookie settings at any time Citizens Advice Rutland are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator, working 15 hours a week, to support the smooth running of our busy office. In this varied role, you’ll manage day-to-day communications and ensure our office systems, records and documents are kept accurate and up to date. You’ll provide administrative support to the CEO and wider team, help coordinate meetings and events including Board Meetings and the AGM, prepare minutes and reports, and maintain key compliance responsibilities such as statutory submissions and fire safety checks. You’ll also assist with HR administration, including advertising vacancies, preparing induction packs, and maintaining confidential personnel and DBS records. Strong IT skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential. Experience in a charity setting or knowledge of governance requirements is an advantage.
