What you’ll do (perfect for phone‑based professionals):
* Respond to incoming enquiries — all warm leads, no cold calling
* Conduct engaging, professional telephone conversations to understand customer needs
* Follow a proven sales process designed to support high conversion rates
* Build rapport, explain options clearly, and guide customers to the best deal
* Work closely with dealerships, funders and internal teams to ensure a smooth leasing journey
* Stay organised, managing multiple leads, follow‑ups, and customer updates
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in telesales, call centre, or customer service roles is highly desirable
* Confident, clear and engaging over the phone
* Great attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
* Positive, resilient, and customer‑focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:Exeter EX2 8ED: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
