Job Summary
We are seeking a student/ apprentice as a junior Bookkeeper/ Admin to join our team. The proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is an advantage for this role but not essential
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and emailing, scanning and uploading the documents
* Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
* Ensure timely filing of financial documents and maintain organised records.
* Provide support during busy periods
Experience
* Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly beneficial but not desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
