We’re recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join a nationally recognised estate agency in Cannock. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Trainee Advisor or an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a high‑performing team with strong lead flow and excellent earning potential.
This role would suit a motivated, client‑focused individual who is confident providing face‑to‑face mortgage advice and working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
* Liaise closely with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities
* Provide face‑to‑face mortgage advice to potential buyers in branch
* Manage and convert leads provided by the estate agency team
* Generate new business through proactive follow‑up of enquiries
* Deliver a high standard of service in line with regulatory compliance
* Support clients through the full mortgage application process
Mortgage Advisor Requirements
* Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification (or above)
* Strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Ability to manage appointments and convert leads into business
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, driven, and commercially aware approach
