Description: Position: Registered Manager Location: Cannock, Staffordshire Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £40,000 per annum We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care provider based in Cannock, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our care services and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and development of all care staff, ensuring they are trained and supported to provide high-quality care services. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the business. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the quality and safety of care services. Keep up-to-date with current trends and best practices in the healthcare industry and implement changes as necessary.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
