Demand Planning Manager ***Premium FMCG Drinks Brand***
Location: Windsor - Hybrid 3 days per week office based
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 Per annum + Benefits (Car, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday)
Our client is a well-known premium drinks brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. Known for their quality, innovation, and standout brand identity, they’re experiencing rapid growth across retail, e-commerce, and on-trade channels. They are now hiring a Demand Planning Manager to lead their forecasting and planning function. This is a key role in ensuring commercial and operational alignment, improving forecast accuracy, and developing a scalable S&OP process to support further growth. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll also be responsible for leading a team of 5 (both direct and indirect reports), so line management experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the demand planning process across the UK/IRE market and channels.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business strategy.
* Build and enhance forecasting models and planning tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
* Track and report on key planning KPIs, continuously identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage and develop a high-performing demand planning team.
* Support the evolution of the business’s S&OP framework.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of demand planning or forecasting experience within FMCG sectors such as food, drinks, personal care, or pharmaceuticals.
* Strong line management experience, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
* Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills; familiarity with planning systems like SAP IBP is a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business with evolving priorities.
