Administrative Officer
Location: Gracemount High School, Edinburgh.
Salary: £30,188-£34,452 per annum.
Hours: 36 per week.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Business Manager and Head Teacher.
* Manage the school office and core administration tasks.

Essential Requirements:
* Detailed knowledge of IT systems.
* Experience of managing finance, budgets and people.
Desirable experience (not essential) includes working in a school setting.

* Required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
* Applicants who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more abroad in the last 5 years must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check.
