What youll be doing Were looking for an experienced 360 perm recruiter, senior or principal whos in recruitment for the long game. Youll make things happen, see everything as an opportunity, get a kick from breaking down doors, creating new relationships, whilst working within a structured and effective manner that builds a long term business. Youll enjoy working within niche verticals. In this case, were looking for somebody to own and grow our established Marketing Agency Client Service & Strategy desk with a focus on London and the South East region. Its a warm desk with a client base that is far-reaching, exciting and engaging. This includes creative agencies, CRM and digital agencies, sustainability and purpose-led Communications agencies, events agencies, PR agencies, and full service, integrated agencies many of them fellow B Corps. Building effective, meaningful and trusted candidate relationships that last years will be as important as developing your client base. Rest assured though, youll be sat on a wealth of contacts from day one. Youll quickly see were home to numerous go-to consultants who have spent years building their personal brand within their markets They achieve this through building their knowledge, networking and sharing insight and expertise. Youll capitalise on ADLIBs ever-growing presence, partnerships and relationships to support your quest to develop opportunities. What experience youll need A successful track record in perm recruitment goes without saying. Youll be well equipped to dig deep, source and build relationships with candidates and clients alike the ability to immerse yourself in their worlds, networking and building trust will be essential to your success, alongside maintaining ADLIBs reputation within a busy market place.
