Job Description
3. Providing expert HR advice to managers and staff
4. Dealing with a variation of ER cases
5. Manage an employee relations caseload; including absence, performance, grievances, conduct and capability varying in complexity.
6. supporting with Restructures and Redundancies
7. Coaching and upskilling
8. Assisting with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
9. Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
10. Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues
11. Conducting regular HR audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
12. Participating in HR projects and initiatives
13. Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
14. Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR department
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
15. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
16. Previous Public Sector experience would be desirable
17. Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
18. Experience in providing HR advice and support to managers and staff
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
20. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
21. Proficiency in using HR software and systems
