What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly while delivering a great shopping experience:
* Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer
* Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready
* Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Support promotions and merchandising activity
* Work as part of a team to achieve store targets
You'll be visible on the shop floor, ready to help customers and step in wherever needed to keep the store running at pace.
