Are you seeking a new Credit Control position in North Hampshire? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Controller to join a nationally recognised organisation in the Farnborough area. Working within a busy credit team, the position will incorporate the following duties:
* Liaising with external customers and assisting with debt related enquiries
* Providing customer documentation to external agencies
* Undertaking credit and additional checks on customers
* Managing queries coming in via email
* Refer and escalate outstanding debt to third parties
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
* Experience of working in a credit control / collections / debt recovery/ finance environment (essential)
* Knowledge of legal debt procedures (desirable)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Highly organised and excellent administration skills (essential)
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload (essential)
