The Role - Key Responsibilities As the Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will support online merchandising activity and ensure digital product content is accurate, consistent and optimised. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating online product information (descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, data sheets). Ensuring digital content reflects brand tone and delivers a high-quality user experience. Managing product categories, hierarchies, and navigation to support easy online discovery. Assisting with SEO-friendly product copy and long-form category/landing page content. Working collaboratively with marketing, commercial and internal teams to align digital content with business objectives. Supporting promotional activity, online campaigns, product launches and digital updates. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to refresh product data and maintain accuracy. Helping shape structure and processes within the merchandising function as the team expands. Taking on varied marketing support tasks based on business needs — ideal for someone keen to broaden their skills. About You You will be a great fit if you have: Experience in digital marketing, online merchandising, e-commerce or similar. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities. A willingness to learn and interest in gaining exposure to different marketing disciplines.
