Change Manager - London - £55-65k + benefits
We are currently working with an expanding travel company that is actively recruiting for a Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for someone able to effectively partner with the business, focusing on adoption and resistance management around business transformation programmes.
This is a hybrid role, typically with 2-3 days per week on-site.
Key responsibilities:
* Developing a change management approach and framework that can be applied across all projects and programmes
* Understand who across the organisation is affected by business change and create individual change plans
* Working closely with Project Managers, ensuring that Change processes are embedded throughout projects
* Developing metrics for Change in order to understand success
* Tailoring communication with different stakeholders and teams to increase adoption rates
* Identifying users and teams slow to change, understand why they do not want to change and work with them to demonstrate benefits of initiatives
* Influence senior stakeholders to advocate for change
