As an Education Partnerships Executive, you will play a vital role in helping schools and educators understand and engage with our programmes. You’ll be building relationships, listening to needs, and offering solutions that genuinely support teacher development, retention, and recruitment.
What you’ll be doing
* Building meaningful relationships with schools, trusts, and training providers
* Acting as a knowledgeable guide for Tes Institute’s teacher training and CPD programmes
* Responding to enquiries and helping schools and individuals navigate their options
* Supporting engagement campaigns and events in partnership with colleagues
* Collaborating with our education, delivery and support teams to ensure a joined-up experience for schools
* Contributing to the growth of Tes Institute’s impact across the UK and globally
We’re looking for someone who
* Has experience working in a school or education setting (e.g. teacher, leader, coordinator, pastoral role)
* Understands the pressures and needs of the education sector
* Enjoys helping others and solving problems
* Communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
* Is confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Has an interest in how teacher training and CPD can support the profession
* Wants to contribute to meaningful change in education beyond the classroom

Interview Process
We want you to feel prepared and confident as you go through our recruitment process. Here’s what you can expect:
Behavioural & Personality Assessment – An online assessment to help us understand your working style, strengths, and motivations.
Screening Call – A 15–20 minute Teams call with our Talent Partner at Tes, where you’ll learn more about the role and share your background.
Roleplay Exercise – A short, practical exercise with the Talent Partner designed to explore how you would approach sales conversations.
Final Interview – A one-hour, in-person meeting at our office with the Head of Institute Sales and the Director of Institute.
