* Friendly, mission-led working environment
* State-of-the-art central offices in Sheffield or London

Interview Process

We want you to feel prepared and confident as you go through our recruitment process. Here’s what you can expect:

Behavioural & Personality Assessment – An online assessment to help us understand your working style, strengths, and motivations.

Screening Call – A 15–20 minute Teams call with our Talent Partner at Tes, where you’ll learn more about the role and share your background.

Roleplay Exercise – A short, practical exercise with the Talent Partner designed to explore how you would approach sales conversations.
