Summary
'As a Registered Domiciliary Manager at Abbeyrose Court Community Care Limited, you will will be the crucial cog in setting up and driving the business forward. This position is based in the Haydock and is integral to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the domiciliary care team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client's care needs.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff to promote professional development.
* Build and lead a motivated, dedicated care team committed to delivering excellent services.
* Qualifications
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or domiciliary setting.
* Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential
* Strong knowledge of assisted living, dementia, and Alzheimer's care practices.
* Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
* Ability to develop effective care plans based on individual needs.
* Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
* Relevant qualifications in nursing or health management are preferred.
