Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Accounts & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen key customer relationships. This role is responsible for managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred)

Pay: £55,400.00-£58,000.00 per year
