Job Title: CRM/CX Transformation Project Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary/Rate: DOE Start Date: As Soon As Possible Job Type: Contract CRM/CX Transformation Project Manager needed to lead the successful delivery of key enterprise initiatives. This role will drive the implementation, optimisation, and integration of two initiatives. The first to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales and marketing processes, and improve data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The second will adopt a 3 rd party provided service across the whole of the UK firm. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Define scope, timelines, budgets, and criteria Project-managed CRM discovery and design phase Manage stakeholders across business units, IT, and external vendors Oversee solution design, implementation, testing, and data migration Identify risks and issues, driving mitigation to keep projects on track Support process optimisation, change management, and user adoption Ensure vendor performance and high-quality delivery Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement What You'll Bring: Strong project management experience Proven delivery of CRM and third-party implementations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Agile/Waterfall and PM tools (e.g., ADO, Planner) Solid understanding of data, integration, reporting tools and business processes Transformation & change experience Process Optimisation & Change Management CX solution experience needed - either Salesforce, Introhive, MS Dynamics etc Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification Experience in consulting or digital transformation
