Job Summary
yThis role offers the opportunity to play a central part in Ofgem’s mission to protect energy consumers and accelerate the UK’s transition to a safe, affordable and sustainable energy system. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality work across areas such as compliance, enforcement, delivery and scheme oversight, ensuring government energy programmes operate effectively and fairly. Drawing on your experience in regulation, policy, risk, operational delivery or similar fields, you’ll guide teams through complex challenges, support their professional development and champion Ofgem’s inclusive culture. You’ll work flexibly across the organisation, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for current and future consumers, uphold mandatory standards, and contribute to the UK’s Net Zero ambition
