As they continue to grow we are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join the team in Central London, within a prestigious department store. As the Supervisor you will support the Manager in daily concession operations and every aspect of the customers' journey as they visit the boutique. Through your passion you will create a collaborative culture centred around customer service. As our Supervisor you will have/be: Min 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role within luxury retail or high volume customer facing role. Proven retail sales experience Experience working within a department store environment is beneficial Proven experience managing and developing a team Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and visual merchandising skills Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Sales driven and results orientated Positive 'can do' attitude If this role sounds like you then don't hesitate to apply.
