Age Connects North East Wales is looking for a motivated and organised administrator for its housing related support service. The ideal candidate will be have knowledge and experience in a similar role with good IT skills including Microsoft 365.

Job Title: Administrator
ORGANISATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS
Accountable to: Deputy CEO
Salary: £24,479 (FTE 35 hours per week)
Hours: 21 hours per week
JOB PURPOSE
To provide admin support to the team and information to older people in the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
* To provide administration support to the Housing Support Grant project and its team to include:
Ø Answering the telephone and ensuring calls are dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously.
Ø Accurate receiving, logging and conveying messages to and for other staff.
Ø Maintaining adequate stocks of leaflets/ stationary/ standard forms etc. and replenishing as required.
Ø The safe and economical use of all office equipment including photocopier/ printer/ computer etc.
Ø The production and mailing out of standard letters.
* To ensure accurate records are kept and maintain internal databases of clients and any associated tasks.
* To ensure regular monitoring and review of the projects activity, together with the collection of evidence/ data for the evaluation of the projects outcomes.
* To assist with monitoring and evaluation of the project and record all appropriate data.
* Any other duties and tasks within the competency of the post holder as requested by ACNEW management.
