Key Objectives of the role:
• Achieve maximum, balanced profitability on sales of finance and insurance products
• Ensure the implementation and management of sales and referral processes
• Deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Work with the Sales Executives to ensure customer awareness of product range, including extended warranty, finance facilities and all recommended add-on products
• Help us to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
• Engage fully with the latest digital tools to achieve a fully blended experience
• To ensure you and the team are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products in line with FCA guidelines, treating the customer fairly
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Transaction Manager experience- preferable
• Understanding of finance and insurance products- preferable
• FCA Accredited- Essential
• Motor Industry experience- essential.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills- essential
• Confident communication skills- essential
• Team Management experience- preferable
• Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)- Essential
