In this high‑impact role, you’ll shape curriculum direction, embed digital learning, build strong industry partnerships and lead dedicated teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. You’ll play a key part in the College Transformation Plan, ensuring our provision reflects the latest industry trends, workforce needs and global developments.
What You’ll Do
* Set a bold strategic vision and co‑lead a key College priority area
* Lead curriculum design, quality enhancement and digital innovation
* Build partnerships with employers, universities, schools and industry bodies
* Manage staff performance, development, recruitment and team culture
* Oversee budgets, data reporting, compliance and operational delivery
What You’ll Bring
* SCQF Level 9 qualification in either Business, Financial Services, Cybersecurity or Computing
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., TQFE)
* Strong leadership experience in a relevant discipline
* Proven success improving KPIs, culture and curriculum performance
* Expertise in curriculum design, quality assurance and change leadership
