Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
* Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Following risk assessments diligently and reporting any health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
