An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the UK Acquisition Team. The performance marketing team are responsible for driving and converting demand to fuel new customer growth. This role is a critical contributor, delivering growth through our Paid Search Marketing Channel.
The Paid Search Channel is a significant contributor to our UK Acquisition goals. As part of the UK Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for our Consumer and Small Business Card Portfolio, partnering closely with our internal agency to execute marketing campaigns, manage budget and performance.
How will you make an impact in this role?
* Ownership of Paid Search marketing campaigns, partner relationships and associated KPIs.
* Produce, develop, review, and execute marketing creatives and campaigns as well as planning and executing new marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate and prioritise ongoing growth opportunities.
* Provide detailed full funnel reporting for the channel and present strategies and plans to internal stakeholders.
* Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve and maintain competitive advantage.
* Ensure all campaigns are assessed with the highest rigour of compliance with FCA and other governing frameworks and control.
* Support the development of forecasts and the regular reporting of channel performance; over time develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and how to use them to drive growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals and how different account types, objectives, and targeting approaches interact to shape overall performance.
* Client-side experience in managing high performing digital acquisition channels.
* Experience managing campaigns and channels in a highly regulated environment/industry – preferably within financial services.
* Strong communication skills, experience with presenting on performance to senior leaders.
* Proven ability to develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and flawlessly execute complex initiatives.
* Excellent analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
* Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent relationship management, experience with working with multiple agencies simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners.
