£50k - £55k (bonus)

Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with major international retail and distribution partners.
* Build and implement commercial plans to drive sales, brand visibility, and market expansion.
* Produce accurate sales forecasts, track account performance, and deliver regular commercial reporting.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support launches and international campaigns.
* Ensure consistent brand representation and product positioning across all global partners.
Requirements
* Experience managing international key accounts within beauty, skincare, or consumer goods.
* Strong commercial capability, including negotiation and strategic planning.
* Background in working with distributors, retailers, or ecommerce partners
* Ability to analyse commercial data, identify trends, and use insights for decision-making.
* Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with high accuracy.
* Non-Negotiable experience: Managing M&S Account
* Preferred experience: Managing John Lewis, Look Fantastic, or QVC
