Founded in 1712 in Greenwich, London, it moved to its spectacular site, set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour, in 1933. The School has continued to develop its spectacular purpose-built site and has grown in size and reputation to become one of East Anglia's leading independent schools.

The Royal Hospital School has the following vacancy: Hockey Coach (Maternity Cover - Fixed Term).
Role and responsibilities
The Royal Hospital School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hockey Coach to join our vibrant sports department from now until April 2026. Working approximately 25 hours per week (Monday-Thursday and Saturday), you will coach pupils across a range of age groups and abilities, lead purposeful training sessions, and support teams in both practice and fixtures. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving school with outstanding facilities and a strong sporting tradition, while inspiring pupils to develop their skills, confidence and love of hockey.
