Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
We are recruiting for a scaling technology organization undergoing a period of change and growth. We need an Interim Talent Acquisition Lead to join the business on an initial 3‑month contract and support all non‑technical hiring.
This role will play a key part in supporting all non‑technical hiring for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, attract, and hire candidates for a range of non‑technical roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and interview criteria.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience.
* Report recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
* Experience hiring a range of non‑technical roles.
* Recruitment experience in a start‑up environment is preferred.
* Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills.
