 
        
        We are currently on the search for a Project Administrator / Planner, on behalf of a leading Security Solutions firm. This will be working on a major Project in West London initially.
This is top class firm, delivering solutions on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Commercial projects throughout Ireland, the UK and across the European market.
Your New Role
As a Project Admin / planner, you will work closerly with a Senior Project planner and Project manager, overseeing planning and delivery of projects, ensuring cost and time contraints are adhered to.
Responsibilities include:
 * Planning, subcontractor tender process, procurement and supporting the PM in completion / handover of the projects.
 * Liaise with suppliers / subcontractors.
 * Update project tracker, update order log and enter the project on GT when approved by Ops.
 * Highlight any risks to the margin, completion dates or breaches in policy that may affect the business ability to deliver projects safely and, in a cost, effective manner.
 * Update live project key dates and project tick lists.
 * Ensure all project variations have been sent to orders or noted in meeting minutes and/or accounted for on cost analysis.
Do you Fit the Bill?
To be considered, we are looking for candidates who:
 * Have prior experience in a Project Planning / Project Administration position.
 * Ideally have similar experinece in the Engineering / Construction Industries.
 * Experience using MS Projects, with strong skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, and CRM Systems.
