We are now recruiting at their Bury location for a Road Freight Internal Sales executive You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, sales development and sales support, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: * Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Quote Logs etc * Develop relationships with existing customers. * Develop New Business. * Make appointments for visits by Branch & General Manager where suitable. * General Admin. * Assist Operators where required. Skills required: * Road freight internal sales / sales support experience * Mature and dynamic personality, which enables the focus of interaction with colleagues to be proactive. * A good understanding of how important customer satisfaction and trust is to the business. * Good customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft office * Ability to work independently and part of a team * Good organisational skills * Good communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectivity at all levels * IT literate * Time and self-management skills * Ability to work under pressure * Enthusiasm & willingness to learn * Ability to use own initiative * High school diploma or equivalent What's on Offer: Amazing opportunity with a well-established company Competitive Salary: £25,000-£40,000 per year dependent upon experience and skills Contributory Pension Onsite parking
