Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, boilers, pumps, and chillers. Respond to and resolve reactive mechanical and HVAC breakdowns. Diagnose faults and conduct repairs or part replacements as required. Complete minor installation works including pipework, ducting, and mechanical plant components. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
