Program Overview
Join Vodafone’s Group UK EA Graduate Programme 2026. The rotational graduate programme develops talent across external affairs, sustainability, regulatory and public affairs. Placements may include Government and Policy Engagement, External Communications, Regulatory, Sustainability and the Vodafone Foundation.

Qualifications
* 2.2 in any degree; related degrees in public relations, international relations, journalism, politics or sustainability are a bonus.
* Recently graduated – bachelor or master obtained or to be obtained between June 2024 and August 2026.
* Right to work in the UK for the full programme duration; Graduate Route Visa not accepted.
Programme Details
Duration: Two years including two 6‑month rotations and one 12‑month rotation.
Start date: September 2026.
Location: London, Paddington HQ – hybrid working: 8 days a month in office.
