An opportunity has arisen for a 0.8wte role within our busy Nursing Admin Office at New Craigs Hospital. You would become the 3rd member of a busy and welcoming team, providing support to the inpatient nursing teams within Inverness' Mental Health Hospital at New Craigs. The successful candidate will be able to adhere to business and administration dimensions of practice; meet the Core Competency and Education Framework Test; have a good standard of education or SCQF5 in Administrative Subject, or equivalent knowledge; have good interpersonal and verbal communication skills and basic written skills and basic IT skills Previous knowledge or experience of administrative / secretarial processes and procedures is preferable but not required, some of which are non-routine such as answering queries, role related problem solving and escalating when required.
