Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Visual Merchandising Planner to join a busy Head Office team in Plymouth. About the Role * Develop and communicate planograms and merchandising guides that support business objectives and drive sales. * Ensure merchandising packs are clear, practical, and easy for store teams to implement. * Utilise micro space planning software and data reports to analyse, design, and deliver commercially viable and visually appealing merchandising packs. * Work collaboratively with Floor Planning, Buying, and Data Analysis teams. * Undertake occasional store visits to support reviews and assist with new store openings. * Report to the Team Leader and Head of Department as part of a dedicated merchandising team producing timely and accurate merchandising guides. * Take full responsibility for maintaining plans for assigned departments. Skills & Experience * Commercial and/or retail experience (visual merchandising advantageous). * Methodical, thorough, accurate, and numerate approach. * Creative flair, passion, and ability to use own initiative. * Knowledge of planograms (advantageous). * Excellent PC skills, including: * Windows & Microsoft Office * Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent) * Micro space planning design software (advantageous).
