Teaching Assistant
Location: Bolton
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 3:30)
Salary: £90 - £100 Per day
Job Duties:
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
* Support students with their learning and development
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour
* Assist with administrative tasks as required
* Required:
* Previous experience working with children or young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Experience:
* Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Ability to build positive relationships with students
* Basic understanding of classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Working Conditions:
* Work in a mainstream educational setting
* Full-time hours with occasional overtime
