Are you a driven direct marketing specialist with a passion to help shape and implement a large-scale direct customer marketing program?
What you’ll do:
* Support customer targeting (audience building, list generation, control groups etc) through Audience Builder and other SFMC tools, including setting-up A/B tests
* Proactively come up with and implement strategies to ensure our communications are optimally produced, production processes are robust and our overall execution is efficient
* Work closely with the CRM product team define requirements, test and implement new platform capability
Who you are:
You’ll fit this role if you have:
* Demonstrable skills within HTML, CSS, scripting language, and SQL
* 2+ years of experience in SFMC. Experience with data cloud is an add-on.
* Basic programming language knowledge is a real benefit
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* University Degree or equivalent experience
* Strong collaborative approach to team work
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
