Let’s talk terms.
* Salary range from £35,000-£40,000 DOE
* Based in Saltney or Mold but working fluidly between both
* Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

What will I be doing?
As People & Culture Manager, you'll lead the delivery of an inclusive People Services function that supports every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll drive the development of policies, processes and cultural initiatives that promote engagement, retention, learning and wellbeing.
Working closely with senior leaders and line managers, you’ll shape and implement people strategies aligned to business goals, oversee employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism, and ensure HR practices remain compliant and forward-thinking.
You’ll also lead recruitment and onboarding efforts, enhance the employee experience through effective communication and recognition strategies, and champion professional development—both for the organisation and yourself, taking every opportunity to coach and mentor colleagues in the provision of best practice employee management.
About you.
* A CIPD-qualified (Level 5+) HR professional with well-rounded experience across the employee lifecycle.
* Confident in managing complex employee relations cases and implementing effective policies and people strategies.
* A strong communicator – articulate, emotionally intelligent, and able to build trusted relationships at every level.
* Ahands-on strategic thinker, capable of translating business goals into impactful people initiatives.
* Comfortable leading change and improving systems, processes and culture across a growing organisation.
* Commercially aware, data-literate and confident making decisions based on insight and trends.
* Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HR software.
* Highly organised, resourceful and motivated – able to prioritise, lead, mentor and make things happen.
* Up to date with UK employment law and committed to continuous professional development.
