Staff Engineer – TypeScript React / Node / AWS | three days in office, London | up to £100-120k + equity
Looking for a Staff Engineer to join a Series A consumer tech company building a platform used to automate complex household decisions. Work directly with the CTO in a small, high-talent engineering team (~10 engineers) with big technical ownership.
What you’ll do:
* Lead architecture + system design across a TypeScript/React/Node/AWS stack
* Build distributed workflows (Temporal or similar)
* Ship end-to-end features with product + design
* Mentor engineers and shape engineering standards

* Senior/staff-level engineer with strong Typescript experience
