The role
As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring sales deals, billing, and renewals run smoothly. You’ll be the link between Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, keeping revenue flowing and processes efficient.
This is a senior role where you’ll have the chance to build and optimise processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’ll manage a team of three Sales Administrators, driving improvements in deal governance, forecasting, invoicing, and renewals.

Day to day includes:
* Overseeing deal desk activity, pricing approvals, and contract compliance.
* Managing forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting.
* Leading billing and renewal operations, ensuring smooth and timely invoicing.
* Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and forecast renewals.
* Driving automation and efficiency across quote-to-cash workflows.
* Building dashboards and insights to support data-led decisions.
* Partnering with leadership to design scalable go-to-market processes.
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Administrators.

To be successful, you’ll have…
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience with HubSpot and CRM-based reporting.
* Demonstrated success in building or optimising sales and revenue processes across multiple teams
* Experience in a high-volume sales environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with senior leaders.
* Strong analytical skills
* A process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
* High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, etc.).
* An understanding of business finance (mainly deal desk)
* Ability to be the link between fast-paced salespeople with analytical finance people to create profitable outcomes
* Ability to manage and merge sales packages of three different services
* Ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
* Ability to spot opportunities for margin increases
Ideal (but not essential)…
* Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot Quotes).
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects or building Operations teams.
* Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce)
