Contract role – Hospital Team
We are recruiting for experienced Adult Social Work Team Manager in the Lancashire area.
Details
* Fast paced team, main hospital, east Lancashire hospital trust, 4 to 5, working collaterality with home first and reablement team managers
* managing 10 social workers including 1 AP
* Case allocations, discussions, supervision, operational management, Duty manager for enablement hub (rota basis)
* Based at Duke Street (Albion mill when on duty- 1 week in 3)
