Role & Responsibilities
* Support with day-to-day operations
* Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
* Handle guest queries and complaints
* Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
* Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
* Ensure smooth processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
