We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Shop Team Leader to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have had experience managing colleagues in a high performing machine shop environment, this role will work shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Machine Shop Team Leader : Ensure all individuals within their shift are competent to undertake designated roles and monitor performance and KPIs. Fully support continuous improvement and lean program, demonstrating initiative with consistent improvements and measurable results Coordinate the work of the team to ensure that daily.weekly/monthly targets are achieved Where training is required identify needs and liaisewith the line manager to ensure that appropriate training is delivered.
