Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £29,808 – £30,474 Incl sleep ins
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Role Overview: Liquid personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children living in a five bedded residential home. You will collaborate closely with a team to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
Responsibilities:
* Daily Care: Assist with day-to-day activities such as mealtime, hygiene, and bedtime routines.
* Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to children.
* Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other staff, parents, and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
* Experience of working with children in a residential care setting
* Full UK driving License
* Resilience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to the needs of the children
* Level 3 in residential childcare is desirable
