About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care branch, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team development. You will lead a team of care staff, manage schedules, maintain regulatory standards, and drive the branch’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
Manage operational, financial, and compliance aspects of the branch.
Ensure excellent communication with clients, families, and external partners.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a positive and professional culture.Requirements:
Previous experience in domiciliary care management is essential.
Ideally hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
