Develop and implement intervention plans to help young people make positive changes. Collaborate with multiple agencies to provide comprehensive support for young individuals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and ensure thorough documentation. Provide court reports and evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making. Participate in case conferences and meetings with other professionals to deliver coordinated services. Requirements for the Social Worker position include: A degree or equivalent in social work. Current registration with Social Work England. Substantial frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker in Social Services within the UK.
