This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established FM service provider working within a critical banking environment. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified C&G/NVQ Level 2 or above and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of a small on-site maintenance team of two engineers, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical and general building services maintenance across the site. Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off / 6 on 4 off / 4 on 6 off07:00 am – 19:00 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor mechanical plant and equipment across the building.Maintenance of pumps, motors, seals, bearings and associated plant equipment.Air conditioning maintenance, including AHUs and FCUs filter changes, cleaning and basic servicing.Water treatment monitoring, including temperature checks.Basic plumbing duties including unblocking toilets, replacing taps and washers.Monitoring the BMS system and reporting any abnormalities.Basic electrical duties such as lamp changes and minor electrical tasks.General building fabric maintenance.Escort specialist subcontractors when required.Carry out all allocated tasks in a timely and professional manner.Proactively identify and report faults with building services equipment and assist in resolving issues.Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed and escalate issues where required.Maintain clear communication with client staff and site management regarding service issues.Remain flexible regarding tasks carried out within personal competency.Package:Salary: £48,000 per annum22 Days HolidayPlenty of overtime availableUniform and tools providedCycle to work schemeAnnual pay reviewExcellent career progression opportunitiesRequirements:Mechanically qualified – Level 2 City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent minimumMust be able to provide copies of trade certificates essentialProven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilled across mechanical, electrical and general building servicesStrong communication and customer service skillsMust be able to attend the site for a 07:00 am startPlease send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
