As the company grows, the admin workload requires a proactive and positive person to join the team to maintain smooth operations. The role works closely with partners and includes performing clerical and administrative support, booking flights and accommodation, submitting meter readings to utility providers, organising internal and external annual events, sending staff receipts to the accountant, and maintaining light tidying of the office environment.
It is a part‑time position with flexible hours, typically several hours each day for several days a week, preferably in the middle of the day to support colleagues with child pick‑up/drop‑off.
